Yoga During Pregnancy
We don’t have specific pregnancy classes, as the yoga that we teach is intrinsically adaptable to suit the needs of each individual student.
All of our teachers are trained and experienced in working with women throughout their pregnancy.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO OUR YOGA
We recommend either the Introductory Course, the Yoga & Relaxation class, or one to one lessons.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY ATTENDING OUR CLASSES
It is fine to continue with your classes throughout your entire pregnancy (including All level classes). But please do let us know that you are pregnant as soon as you are aware of it.
We highly recommend that you:
* Check with your midwife / GP before enrolling
* Let us know how many weeks pregnant you are when enrolling (please note – Parivartan Yoga is safe to practice throughout pregnancy – including the first trimester)
