Yoga and Relaxation

Soothing and relaxing, ideal for stress management and gentle exercise.

These classes are suitable for: complete beginners / people with mobility issues / pregnancy / those participating in active sports looking for a contrast to their other activities.

Classes consist of 45 minutes gentle stretching & breathing exercises, followed by a 15 minute deeply relaxing guided meditation.

You don’t need to be fit or flexible to start this yoga, and it is suitable for all ages & abilities.
