This flow nourishes, revitalises, and rejuvenates every organ & cell of the body. Tao-Yoga can be used as a therapeutic system to benefit many health conditions.

About the teacher
Tim Foyster has 30 years experience in the study of yoga, and has been teaching for 20 years. Tim is a senior teacher of oriental medicine, ji ap sul (acupressure healing art), and ki ryuk sul (internal energy projection healing). He holds the title of Master in traditional Korean martial arts, specialising in ‘soft’ internal arts & martial arts philosophy.Tao-Yoga was created by Tim, after encouragement from his teachers, as a method of explaining the energetic ‘Chi’ qualities of yoga practice.
