Private Lessons
Private lessons can be for individuals or small groups. They offer the opportunity to work directly with a senior teacher, focusing on any aspect of the yoga that you choose.
Private lessons can take the form of:
Parivartana Yoga Individually tailored classes in any aspect of Parivartana Yoga, helping you to a deeper, richer understanding of your yoga practice. These sessions are suitable for complete beginners taking their first steps, and for more experienced students looking to refine & develop their yoga practice.
Yoga Therapy An individual yoga practice will be designed to help with specific health issues (eg back pain, sciatica, menstrual issues, insomnia...). Lifestyle advice will be given where appropriate, to enable the benefits of a fully holistic approach.
Yoga Padma These sessions are based around talking, rather than physical yoga. The sessions focus on the practical application of Yoga Philosophy to the individuals life, allowing an un-blocking of restrictive mind patterns. Padma is a traditional aspect of Parivartana Yoga, used to help students to a deeper understanding of themselves, and their yoga practice. Padma means ‘lotus flower” and refers to the cross-legged pose traditionally used to sit.
