Yoga During Pregnancy
Yoga can be immensely beneficial during pregnancy. Our teachers are highly experienced, and will be able to guide you through each trimester and post-natally.
If you are new to yoga, either the Introduction to Parivartana Yoga, or any of the Yoga & Relaxation classes are suitable.
If you are already attending our classes (Yoga and Relaxation or Dynamic Yoga) it is usually possible to continue with the class but please let us know that you are pregnant as soon as possible.

It is essential to
a) Check with your midwife or GP before enrolling.
b) Let us know how many weeks pregnant you are when enrolling.
